At Trunk Clothiers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 28 days of receipt provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Post
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or courier office.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
